Responsibilities:
Using your experience/knowledge of "Commercial " Fire Alarm and Protection Systems and your connections in Northern California, you we be taking the Lead on bring in business opportunities and quoting and estimating full jobs for "Commercial " Fire Alarm and Protection services. Their target is commercial building TIs and ground-up build outs. You will be working onsite at high-tech companies, schools, refineries, government buildings, server rooms, clean rooms, industrial settings such as power plants, and multi-unit residential and commercial buildings. You will get a lot of say in improving things and processes. Your voice is heard and you can make a difference!
Requirements:
- Previous experience with "Commercial " Fire Alarm and Protection Systems is a MUST
- Experience dealing with NFPA codes
- Self-starting individual with little supervision
- Strong experience with bringing in the right business, estimating full jobs, costs.
- Strong group problem solving skills in hectic situations.
- Provide a portfolio of projects to show your previous projects.
- Ability to travel around the Bay Area going to job sites and being onsite at the East Bay HQ required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Clean driving record (due to having a company vehicle)

Pay range based on experience: $80,000 - 120,000+ base salary, along with profitability commissions and full family benefits.
