Sr Electrical Engineer

Albin Engineering Services, Inc. (www.aesi.com) is looking for an Electrical Engineer for one of our premier clients in the Fremont, CA area. As their employee, you qualify for their full benefit package. This position is a hybrid role. 

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and testing of embedded systems hardware and firmware.
• Work closely with QA engineers to support verification and validation activities.
• Work on currently implemented code bases and schematics to test, improve, and add to current designs.
• Create hardware/firmware prototypes for new product development
• Generate technical documentation for each phase of development pipeline
• Design an entire PCB board 
• Work with various contract manufacturers to build the PCB board
• Test, bring up and integrate the board into the companies products

Job Requirement

• B.S. or M.S in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• 6+ years of work experience 
• Fluent in C programming for embedded systems
• Strong in circuit analysis and schematic design for digital and analog
• Strong understanding of microcontroller architecture (PIC, ARM, ST Micro, Atmel, etc.)
• Experience with common electrical lab equipment: oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and variable DC power supplies
